Please note that our solutions come with all the equipment you will need to turn your room into a fully functional, interactive meeting space, including: screen, speaker, microphone, camera plus cable management solution including all required cables, adapters, extensions etc.
If you don't want to attach your screen to a wall, there is an optional screen stand, which comes with both the feet and castors so can be a stand or a trolley.
All meeting rooms are based on a single cable solution to connect a laptop to IT resources. This 'plug and play' solution is simple to use for even the least technically minded individuals.
